Professional Standards
Terms of Engagement.
“Our engagement is built on technical feasibility and operational maturity. We do not provide generalized marketing; we provide verified outcome infrastructure.”
1. Qualification of Blueprint
Digital Nest Lab reserves the right to decline Blueprint Access requests based on provider incompatibility, clinic scale, or lack of operational decision-maker involvement. A request for access is a screening process and does not constitute a binding obligation to perform a call or build.
2. Feasibility Verdicts
The "Feasibility Verdict" provided during the Blueprint session is a technical assessment based on the current state of your booking provider's API (e.g., Boulevard, Zenoti). We are not liable for subsequent changes made by these third-party providers that may impact the Proof Loop after the audit is delivered.
3. Implementation Scope
Phase 1 "Proof-Core" builds are strictly defined to verify the Tap → Return → Confirmed loop. Custom feature requests that fall outside this outcome-verification framework will be deferred until the Proof-Core is stabilized and verified in a live environment.
4. Intellectual Property
The "Proof Loop" logic, proprietary routing architecture, and "Proof-Core" implementation templates remain the intellectual property of Digital Nest Lab. Upon successful completion of Phase 1, the client is granted a non-exclusive license to utilize this infrastructure within their clinical tenant.
5. Reservation of Build Slots
Build capacity is limited per quarter. A slot is only considered reserved upon receipt of the Reservation Fee and a signed Phase 1 Scope Document. Reservation fees are non-refundable but are credited 100% toward the total build investment.
6. Ethical Data Usage
By engaging us, you confirm you have the authority to grant access to clinical booking links and service menus. Digital Nest Lab maintains a strict "Tenant Isolation" policy, ensuring your clinical data is never co-mingled with other entities.
