Data Isolation Policy.

“Our architectural priority is the absolute isolation of clinic data. We do not co-mingle patient identifiers or booking analytics across different clinical tenants.”

1. Information Collection

We collect information necessary to perform the Proof Loop audit and define Phase 1 scope. This includes clinic identity, booking provider credentials (where authorized), and service menu structures.

2. Tenant Isolation

Unlike standard SaaS platforms, Digital Nest Lab utilizes a tenant-isolated data structure. This means your clinic's retention data is logically and/or physically separated from other users of the system to prevent cross-contamination of patient intent data.

3. Third-Party Integration

We interact with providers like Boulevard, Zenoti, and Meevo via secure API protocols. We do not store patient health records (PHI) beyond the minimum required tokens to verify booking outcomes (Tap → Return → Confirmed).

4. Data Retention

Blueprint data is retained for 90 days following a call. If a Phase 1 build does not proceed, all clinical link data and service list mirrors are purged from our internal staging environments.
